Does anybody here like the Jim Rome radio show?

Personally I dont' know, the guy does good interviews but the rest sucks. The "clones" are idiots. He repeats himself too much, and drags shit out. But at times he can be gold.

I find my local radio personalities are much more interesting and funny. I dont' find Jim Rome to be a funny guy. Sometimes yes, most of the time, no.

He tries to hard to be a Negative Nancy.

I hate how he acts like a tough guy/wise ass/faggot about everything. Then when people are actually on his show he is a huge pussy

I'll admit, I shell out the money every year to get his show streamed. (I live in an area that doesn't have an affiliate) He's definitely an acquired taste, and doesn't appeal to everyone, but I like his takes on current events and the emailers are classic.

I love the radio show. I listen to it whenever i can. His opinions are hilarious. I dont like the TV show however.

I think the people that say he trys to be a negative, just dont listen enough to get him. I get his humor. I just get it. And its funny. Him ragging on O.J. and then reading the emails and shit of people making O.J. jokes. Just his overall delivery is brilliant. His show is very well produced and tho you may think its all negative, theres plenty of positive in it too. He just tends to really ride the people that screw up.

A few years ago on this board I named him my biggest douche.

I've warmed up to him a little now.

I like him, his manner of speach just entertains me,haven't wtached his Tv show though, but he's perfect for radio
