The Ravishing One 12-11-2006 07:57 PM

That's crazy.

Tazz Dan 12-11-2006 07:59 PM

Yes, Lets punish RVD for not thinking it's safe there. :wavesad:

Vastardikai 12-11-2006 08:04 PM

heh, after that one, I wonder how many of the boys are thinking that RVD was smarter than he looks...

St. Jimmy 12-11-2006 08:09 PM

Let's walk into a losing war. HURRRRR. We're smart.

St. Jimmy 12-11-2006 08:12 PM

of course on next weeks IMPACT!, VKM will take credit for the Mortar.

Lock Jaw 12-11-2006 08:16 PM

He was testing the new Glass Canon and it backfired.

Skippord 12-11-2006 09:05 PM

lol RVD is a genius

TerranRich 12-11-2006 09:35 PM

Wait, RVD what? I'm guessing he refused to go beccause of the danger? Smart man. I wouldn't have gone either. Fuck that shit.

samichna 12-11-2006 09:42 PM

Apparently there is a war in Iraq or something.

KingofOldSchool 12-12-2006 12:26 AM

JBL did it.

Skippord 12-12-2006 12:27 AM

RVD did it to get back at them

Testicle 12-12-2006 12:35 AM

to bad the mortar didn't hit the wwe creative team

Skippord 12-12-2006 12:36 AM

"DUUUUDE I'm gonna get so high...HOLY SHIT WHAT HAVE I DONE"

Fox 12-12-2006 12:49 AM

Obviously the Insurgents are still upset about Muhammad Hassan getting pulled off the air.

This is their idea of "Hassan-ing" WWE.

Rammsteinmad 12-12-2006 04:04 AM

"Welcome to Baghdad". Lol.

Kane Knight 12-12-2006 10:00 AM

The sad thing is, it was done by two of our own soldiers pissed off at "The Marine."

Volare 12-12-2006 10:22 AM

That or McMahon is trying to kill his creation again...literally

Xero 12-12-2006 10:43 AM

I think I found the man responsible...

lol Well I bet everyone envys RVD right now.

Kane Knight 12-12-2006 01:26 PM

BEen saying it since they started doing this: It's a bad idea.

Chavo Classic 12-12-2006 03:45 PM

I dont know what is worse. RVD being correct or the WWE milking war and conflict to enhance their own 'heroes of entertainment' image.

Volare 12-12-2006 04:16 PM

Now that I think of it, kinda funny how this shit happened last year too. :shifty:

Londoner 12-12-2006 04:16 PM

Why the fuck are they even in iraq? Infact, why the fuck are they doing a show for soldiers who are supposed to be doing their fucking jobs?

To be fair, entertaining the troops has been pretty standards since at least WW1.

WWE's showboating, but still...

Impeccable 12-12-2006 04:34 PM

WORK!!!

Londoner 12-12-2006 04:49 PM

^ Yes that's what the troops should be doing, WORKING!!!

Corkscrewed 12-12-2006 06:21 PM

lmao, I missed the part where RVD refused to go to the show, unless you're referring to last year when he didn't go (and thus probably wouldn't have gone this year either)

I blame TNA, personally.

Either that or it was Hogan, who's hot air head spontaneously ignited the harsh desert air.

Jeritron 12-12-2006 07:04 PM

"A number of people were injured in the attack; luckily none were members of WWE."
I still can't get over that wording haha. Yea fuck everyone else who got hurt, as long as they weren't on our payroll

Or to word it different, "We're here to support the troops--Thank God only the troops were hurt..."

PullMyFinger 12-13-2006 12:54 AM

I can just see the mass rallys starting tomorrow..."BRING THE WRESTLERS HOME!!! WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN IRAQ?!!?"

Kane Knight 12-13-2006 10:26 AM

"They were sent under false pretenses!"

Then we can get wrestling fans in "It's still Yellow Cake to me, DAMMIT!" Shirts.

They don't work 24 hours a day, guy. And what do people like to do in their free time? Be entertained. You see how that works?

I just hope WWE does a better job over there than they do over here.

Kane Knight 12-14-2006 10:34 AM

Are you kidding? The show bombed...Well, Mortared.

Kane Knight 12-14-2006 10:36 AM

But seriously, you take a bunch of guys who are in a dangerous situation and starved for something to distract them from the fact that you've watched half your unit die or be injured, and you pander to them.

Their "tributes" always suck, but who wouldn't eat it up in those conditions? That's like living in prison and getting a visit from a woman...As long as she doesn't have five o'clock shadow, you're not going to complain.
