Is the current (raw) wwe championship still a combination of the old
wwf championship and the wcw championship ?

I honestly have no idea anymore.

Whether this championship is also the combination of the now unified Hardcore, old IC and European championship is also a big question.

It is the same (well, basically the same, there are differences) physical belt, it's not the same lineage. The WCW championship is locked away in the WWE championship.

I use to agree that the WHC and the WCW Belts were different liniages. Mainly because it's a fake sport, with fake results, so who ever is in charge of writing gets to make the choice. WWE has always had a "Not the same title" approch to it. So that's what I based it off of. But when Big Show retired, it said on his little page talking about his career he held the World Heavyweight Belt back when it was the WCW Title.

Personally, I don't know that WWE has fully made up their mind yet. For me, I am saying the WCW title and the WHC are two totally different titles with no connecting lineages.

The WHC belt is not the exact WCW World belt.

According to WWE, they created the World Heavyweight Championship once the WWE Title went to RAW.

The only connection the WCW title and WHC have is the fact they look similar.

What about when Cena, eventually and hopefully, loses the belt and doesn't get it back what will the belt look like then? Will they bring back the old attitude belt or make a new one. I like the Undisputed belt better but after what Bischoff said, it seems that belt won't be back. The WWE spinner belt doesn't exactly scream prestige to me.

the atitude era belt was the best n most prestigious looking. this spinner is like the million dollar belt-a gimmick. tthe belt makes no sense if HHH for eg. Is champion.its too "cena" for anyone else

Only Benoit, Goldberg, Booker and Rey are ex-WCW guys who have held it compared to HHH, Orton, Batista, and HBK. It's a tie.

Are you serious? Guys, that is the WWE Championship belt. JBL held it. He didn't call it the "Undisputed" belt, he called it the WWE Championship as did everybody else. Did we forget all of 2004/05 or what?

It was the Undisputed Championship up until Brock won it and took it to SmackDown!, then they changed it back to the WWE championship.

I own a replica WWE (not WWF) Winged Eagle belt. It was used for like a year IIRC. Wonder how much it's worth in primo condition.
