Recommend A Game
 

Can anyone recommend a game for me on the PS2?

I'm quite stubborn in the type of games I pick up. I'll always go for sports or RPGs, but that's it. I feel I may be missing out. Any genre you can recommend to me?

God of War is amazing, and well worth getting.

If you go for sports, get Madden.

Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (Steet Fighters 2 and 3 on 1 disc for like $30)

Guilty Gear XX (Picture Street Fighter on roids with a rock n roll twist and general Japanese craziness)

King Of Fighters 2000/2001 (2 games, 1 package, good shit)

3D
Tekken 5 (the best Tekken on PS2, also comes with the arcade versions of 1, 2 & 3)

Soul Calibur 3


Of course there are 24395727845678456.2 more fighters out there, but these are probably the best.

Suikoden 5
Samurai Warriors 2/Dynasty Warriors 5

Any of the SOCOM games.
Ace Combat 5 and or Ace Combat Zero

I'll be honest. I didn't really get into God of War.

I only say this because it is surely a challenge and I was getting rid of my PS2 anyways for Xbox 360.
