Something that summarises ECW's first year back...

...that these two are voted the ECW diehards. Just click the link to see what direction Stamford are planning for ECW now that the last thread of dignity it had was eliminated when Lashley became champ and Heyman got his marching orders.

"Both beauties came out to the Oct. 10 show in Jacksonville, Fla. to support their girl, and hometown hero, Kelly Kelly. In a very close poll, Melanie and Angie beat out a slew of other Die Hards including Pepsi fiend Jerry, Milwaukee Buck Charlie Villanueva and vampiric Lashley-loving Leslie Sharon Murray."

Those bitches beat out PEPSI MAN!?

Kane Knight 12-29-2006 09:48 AM

LOL. They're Kelly Kelly fans.

Truthfully, I'm surprised they didn't pick someone who was there for John Cena.

Not like I didn't see it coming but it doesn't matter at this point, they've already fucked ECW up enough and this is just something else they'll do to make it seem like a generic WWE brand.

Afterlife 12-29-2006 10:54 AM

Since when do Jennifer Love Hewitt and Kirsten Dunst like wrestling?

And, to be a "die hard" fan, shouldn't you have to like a person who wasn't hired AFTER the show was restarted?

They obviously mean "Die hard ECWWE" fans.

ron the dial 12-29-2006 01:17 PM

Oh, this is just too funny. I bet that Kelly Kelly wins Extremist of the Year.

Arnold HamNegger 12-29-2006 01:37 PM

Somewhere out there, "Straw Hat Guy" just vomited.

Now this is EXTREME - http://www.wwe.com/shows/ecw/diehardarchive/dh101606

Fignuts 12-29-2006 01:54 PM

Those girls probably would have been raped behind the hammerstein ballroom, had they attended an ECW event in the 90's.

MLW 12-29-2006 03:42 PM

Anybody Thrilla 12-29-2006 03:48 PM

I think it was 'fans that make it hard for your boner to die'.

There's no 17 year old boys around, so it looks doubtful.

The One 12-29-2006 03:52 PM

Face it, any self respecting ECW mutant has stopped watching a while ago. Since I never fancied myself a mutant, more just a loyal fan, I continue to watch for the sake of CM Punk, and occasionally if RVD or Sabu has an extreme rules match I hang around for those as well...

But let's face it, the people sitting in the arenas holding their signs arn't going to be original die hard ECW fans, the sad fact is most of the people there are going to see SmackDown, and for the few that are there for ECW alone, they probably have only as much knowledge of what the original ECW was as the "Rise and Fall" DVD told them. Remember, while ECW was on a rise in popularity, it still wasn't at the level that this new horrible ECW is at in terms of ratings or attendance...and that's with the knowledge that the market on a whole has died a lot in the past 5 years.

They would have, but Vermaat was arrested for indecent exposure.

Or someone who's not there to support the "hometown Hero?" Hardcore to me generally implies you've followed it with a little more dedication than that...

EXTREME FACT: This was the origin of Heyman's catchphrase, "here comes the pain."

It's also why Tazz came to WWE and Balls' name is truly apt.

Face it, no mutant had any self respect.

^ Looks like Jet Jackson to me... or Jaleel White's younger brother.

Anyway, the blond KK fan is cute, so that's probably more of what they're going for, something "marketable."

Kane Knight 12-29-2006 06:34 PM

What, are you telling me ECW fans aren't hawt?

Kane Knight 12-30-2006 10:45 AM

I want to see ECW fans (New Breed or old) chant "T&A! T&A!"
