Do you listen to music when you are working out?

If so what kind/artist.

I listen usually to one of my techno cd's. either Armin Van Buren, or one of my cd's from the Guvernment.

If I actually bothered to, I probably would. There's rarely a time when I don't listen to music...

Downunder 02-16-2004 06:05 PM

When I get time to workout, I usually listen to AC/DC, Van Halen or some shit like that

Disturbed mostly.

Sometimes Rage, Audioslave, etc.

Marbear 02-17-2004 03:05 PM

I always listen to music when I work out, even if I'm working out at home. Mostly rock, although sometimes I get in the mood for some old school house.

I prefer anything upbeat and/or violent. Motivates me to keep going.

The Naitch 02-17-2004 03:44 PM

It's hard and boring for me to work out to no music. Music on the radio in the gym doesn't cut it.
