Horrible design, I thought GRAW had some of the worst load times but this one is the champ.

SDvsRAW 06 for PSP has the worst load times ever.

I dunno, I liked XB360's Sonic game, loading times aside.

Of course, it doesn't compare to SA:DX and SA2: Battle, but that's a different game right there.
