Jeff Hardy vs. Ric Flair for the Intercontinental Title

I don't know about you guys, but I am going to be pissed if they make Hardy job to the 83 year old Flair. I got a bad feeling that they are going to give it to Flair tonight. Should Flair win?

I wanna see The Nature Boy with 72 last title runs.

To make this thread not totally useless, I'm still pushing the idea that Jeff have a rematch with Ric for this "Shot at Wrestlemania" thing, then lose through heavy Flair-ish rule breaking, go to WM and have a match for the ages with Ric Flair and make the place for himself as a main eventer.

If that doesn't work for people I trying to work out some way to fit Carlito in this since I have a feeling they might take it that way too.

How about Ric Flair not even having a match at Mania. :y:

^ Good idea.

His segment with Carlito last night was way better than his match. He should assume a manager role, as I am tired of seeing his three feet man tits on my screen. The only downside to the segment was that it seemed to blame Carlito (or any mid carder for that matter) for the writers' inabilities.

Yeah, I'm getting sick of this whole "everyone who's ever set foot in the ring gets a slot on the card for as long as they live" nonsense.

I don't care if you've given 80 years to the business. There is a point where someone else needs to shine, and these nostalgia pushes and runs really hurt that.

...And unless you're Austin, probably do little in the short term.
