My internet connection seems very unstable lately
 

Keeps cutting out on me. Never any longer than like a minute, but still annoying, especially when it disrupts something I'm downloading.

Any ideas what might be wrong? Only thing I can think of is that it started a few weeks ago when my dad unplugged our modem and router. Dunno why that would affect anything, but it hasn't been stable since then.

Are you using a wireless connection? If so, I've had issues with this.
If it isn't, when was the last time you did maintenance on your puta?
If you have defraged recently and you have a lot of space left, I'd suggest calling your Internet provider.

Don't think I've ever defragged the hard drive.

Fucking wireless shite. As nice as it is, I've found it's too unstable for long downloads. It wouldn't hurt to do a disk clean up and then a defrag.
