MLB 2007 Season Thread
With Catchers and pitchers reporting today and tommorow, I figured I would start the ball rolling on the new thread.
The NL I think will be the weaker of the 2 leagues this year, as the AL just looks stacked. |
Gonna post my predictions later on... I was going to make some real official shit.

Major League Baseball Baseball 2007 Season Thread?
Shit, completely lost track of everything this off season, I better sift through the rosters and injury stories before I make any predictions

Jays in 07
Chacin for Cy Young |
Nah dude Sidney Ponson is so gonna win Cy Young
Way to early
Hoping this Kei Igawa is the real deal |
Jason Schmidt.

If Sidney Ponson is going to rebound, there is no better team for him than the Twins. Rick Anderson is arguably the top pitching coach in the league, the team plays in a low pressure market and he is on a team with very few off field problems or egos that is used to winning.
His problems are with his demons, he needs a shrink... or Jesus.
dude the season starts in over a month and who wants Splaya to be the creator of this thread seriously.
Assman, your favorite team is who again?
Also, Spring Training started this weekend. Last time I checked, even though the regular season doesnt start for a month, the "new" season begins now
No it starts Opening Day. It always starts Opening Day.
According to NESN, Papelbon is still a starter. Red Sox are also without a definite closer. I wouldn't mind seeing J.C. Romero take on the role, but I think he's gonna be conditioned as our setup man. Another guy to consider is Kyle Snyder cause he was always lights out for the first 1-2 innings last year when he started.
Isn't Pinero going to close?

Red Sox will be looking up at the Jays again this year. Get used to it.
Lol, have fun with JC Romero as your closer. He can be an awesome setup man but he has been inconsistent as fuck. Fell off when he left the Twinks too.
