TV on the Radio
 

I hear a lot of noise about this band. What are they all about? Any fans here?

Stupidest band name ever.

Just the latest "weird" indie band that the magazines and bloggers are all splooging over.

I have a bunch of stuff by them but I can never really seem to get into them much.

That is a cool band name but it doesn't beat "Dave Coulier & The Cut It Outs"

Word.

I want to punch whoever came up with that in the face

I remember when they had these radios that you could listen to tv broadcasts also.

Okay so am I the only person here who likes TV on the Radio?

In RI and parts of MA, you can listen to ABC 6 on a low FM frequency, like 87.7 or something.

I think their last album was pretty good. I still listen to some songs off it pretty regularly. I Was A Lover, Hours, Wolf Like Me, Tonight all get played. In fact I still enjoy all of Return To Cookie Mountain.

I haven't got their first album.

Once I heard an episode of The Simpsons playing on the radio. Not a sound bite or clip, but like the sound of an episode itself. I don't remember where I was at the time.

Word Wolf Like Me is the only good song I've heard from them.

And well Le Disko sucks, You Are The One is pretty amazing, so a mild thumbs up currently for Shiny Toy Guns.

I shall listen to the entire album soon.
