Cannibal Corpse/Hypocrisy is tomorrow night... argh.
 

Can't decide if I want to go or not.

Not much of a Cannibal Corpse fan... I mean it will be a novelty to see them, but I'm beginning to really like Hypocrisy. Exhumed and some no-name band are playing as well.

Originally, my cousin was going to come and see the concert with me. But, having agreed several weeks ago, last week he realized that he neglected to check his schedule. Apparently, he has welding class tomorrow night. Now I'm ****ed. I HATE going to concerts alone, and no one who'd be willing to go is available. RAHH.

And it's not like I HAVE to go. I've been to so many concerts by myself by now, purely because they were must see shows. CoB, Opeth, KMFDM, etc. The idea was to go, see a hot show, and have someone to kick it with in the meantime.

Come on people, help me decide here. Are the bands worth driving 40 mins to SF for a 3-4 hour show? I need personal experiences, testimonials.

Mind you I caught the end of the Hypocrisy set when I saw CoB, but it was a shitty venue and they were playing some Catch 22 songs.. didn't like it.

Yeah I'd definately be shooting to hearing a fair amount of stuff off Osculum Obscenum. Argh so hard to decide, twenty bucks is a lot to me. :mad:

Any chance you think they'll be doing anymore touring? Promoting the new album and whatnot.

I'll enjoy the show a lot more if Hypocrisy plays less black metal. I get kinda worn out when I listen to two or three of their black metal songs in a row. The really fast pace, hard-hitting, rhythmic shit is what I like. Killing Art \m/
