I don't get the booking, they are meant to be burying him, but they show vids of him on the show.

He lost his past few matches, but now he's in a high profile mania match.

Not that I care, hopefully his punishment is over and he's going to get back on a push again

being in the doghouse doesn't mean they're going to leave you off the wrestlemania card if you're a good perfromer and have fan support

plus nitro is in the doghouse too, so I guess Punk has less backstage heat

I heard Punk is gonna start getting a push again, maybe switch brands to feud with Nitro. Judging by their last match I'd be happy to see a couple more out of them, with more time.

Destor could run in and steal the briefcase when they've all been knocked down.

My guess is that they're either done with their Punk punishing, and now he's been de-railed a little bit, the egos in the back can relax a little, or they're just easing up on it, and using him to the level they can, whilst not actually going anywhere with him. If you catch my drift? He may still be in the doghouse, but they want him in MITB more.
