I want to see The Rock and Mr. Kennedy cut a promo together, apart from that, if he's not returning full-time, the WWE should learn to live without him.

WWE should be able to get him there if they want to put his dad in the Hall of Fame. Have The Rock induct him. Before WrestleMania set up a bit between The Rock and any random upper mid carder at mania, upper midcarder goes over.

The Rock vs. Randy Orton would be absolutely fucking amazing at WrestleMania. Not so much in a wrestling sense, but another win over The Rock at WrestleMania for Orton could actually lead to him getting that final bit of credibility he needs.

This links up to the Money in the Bank thread I just created. Mr. Kennedy would be a more ideal choice, but he will likely be in the MITB Ladder Match, and if you want The Hardys to be in, this can allow Orton to sit out of the match, but still do something meaningful.
