Anyone know any good artists? Looking for stuff that has that kinda sound... anything really... stuff I've got which has this kinda element is Dead Can Dance, Blind Guardian, Dropkick Murphys, Mike Oldfield and Mortiis. Thanks in advance.

Well, I only know two of those bands, and she's not exactly in that genre, but Loreena McKennit is pretty damn awesome for a pop/celtic sound.

Julie Fowlis has a new album out in march. She is also in a band called, Dochas, which also does folky stuff. :y:

The pop mix and the album mix are both solid. I first heard of her because they used her in the second Highlander Movie (Highlander: The Final Dimension***), singing Bonnie Portmore. I really liked her version, so...
