I had a dream... (Lame thread, honestly.)
 

I had a dream last night where Chris Jericho started bragging about not having to come back to wrestling, in all of these interviews online and whatnot, and said he wouldn't. Then he started showing up as a guest commentator, I think in both the WWE AND TNA, but definitely the WWE, still talking about how he didn't have to wrestle, and he would only do it if he felt like it, saying that he doesn't feel like it right now. In effect, it was like he was a heel to the wrestling world, all the while not wrestling.

I know that's totally random and has no real point, but I gave you a warning in the topic title, so...

Kinda like what he was doing before he left WWE (bragging about how he is a multimedia superstar who doesn't need to wrestle). Except he was still wrestling then and not just guest commentating.

I suppose, although part of what was making people hate it in this scenario is that people wanted to see him.

My first thought when I read this was, it was a work in your dream.
