I saw some new screen shots of the newest resident evil game and it looks even better....chunks fly out when you shoot zombies in the head..theres suppose to be a new control style and your characters are suppose to move faster and be smarter...i dont know to much about the plot or what its about if someone does please post.

I maybe wrong but I thought the next RE game was going to be a remake of the very first one and they would put it on the game consoles of today...

I don't know anything about the story line but you will be playing with Leon from Resident Evil 2.

BTW, the story of RE4 revolves around Leon Kennedy from RE 2 and he has been infected with the T-Virus. I assume he'll be trying to find an antidote and taking down Umbrella at the same time

2 was directly after one

3 was like slightly before 2

Code Veronica is after everything

0 is before 1

survivours out i was at video safari earlier today debating on wether or not i wanted to rent it.

Survivor was out way before Dead Aim, had a sequel as well. All three sucked ass.

Yeah your right about the order:

RE 0: July 1998
RE 1: July 1998 (a day after RE 0)
RE 2: September 1998
RE 3: September/October 1998 (both a prequel/sequel, the first half is merely hours before the events of RE 2, the latter half a day later)
RE:CV: December 1998

I've no clue when Survivor or Dead Aim take place or even know if it has any significant effect on the story. Like Dragon Ball GT, I pretend they don't exist :p
