Lashley

Xero 03-05-2007 01:39 PM

He technically beat Bobby Lashley in a Triple Threat to become the US Champion.

Xero 03-05-2007 01:39 PM

Yeah, what M-A-G said... :shifty:

M-A-G 03-05-2007 01:39 PM

He also beat him by DQ at No Way Out.

Savio 03-05-2007 03:20 PM

Does Sabu count also?

TerranRich 03-05-2007 03:35 PM

Sabu should count. So now Kennedy's beaten 8. Is that actually impressive? I mean, Val Venis beat Mick Foley, The Hurricane beat Ric Flair and The Rock. I suppose 8 is quite a bit more impressive than that, but still.

I would think but then they'd be saying the '8 world champs'.

It's the trend. Angle's always announced as wrestling's only Olympic gold medalist, Steiner has the largest arms but shortest fuse, Kennedy has beaten 7 champs, Sabu is homicidal, genocidal, suicidal blah blah blah etc...

Oh and they're always talking about CM Punk's straight-edge lifestyle and his Muay Thai and Jujitsu stuff.

MISTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER KENNEEEEDYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...KENNNEEEEDDDYYYYYYY!

Jeritron 03-07-2007 07:12 AM

It's the dumbest stat ever. 90% of the "world champions" he "beat" weren't even wins, they were by technicality dqs or with interference or roll ups.

Jeritron 03-07-2007 07:14 AM

How many former world champions has HHH beaten cleanly?
Theres a question I challenge you all to answer.

Technicality DQs or with interference or roll ups which would equate to what exactly, then? Losses? Draws? I DON'T think so, junior!

M-A-G 03-07-2007 04:03 PM

It's stupid in the sense that half of them are people that EVERYONE'S beaten so it's meaningless.

KayfabeMan 03-08-2007 10:29 PM

Isn't all of wrestling pretty meaningless in reality??

KayfabeMan 03-08-2007 10:30 PM
