baseball jerseys... WTF...

Authentic Baseball jerseys are $300.00??? WTF???

Replicas are under $100.00, but there not like the NFL replicas that look close, these things are stripped down bigtime...

Yeah authentic Baseball jerseys with name and number are really expensive. The Throwbacks are the same way. The authentics are like $200 on MLB.com though.

I have a Royals and Yankees Authentic jerseys. The Royals one is really nice as it has a cool looking KC patch on the right shoulder.

gonna get me a pudge jersey. maybe. :shifty:

VonErich Lives 02-22-2004 02:43 PM

I went with the Replica,s just couldn't bring myself to spend the money on an authentic.

Schillling and Clemens...

Dunno why I got a Clemens... guess to tip my hat to a great pitcher... and I couldn't bring myself to get a Blue Jays or Yankees jersey.

Where did you get them from VEL?

Clemens?

Im thinking about getting a red Red Sox jersey with no name on the back, or possibly Nomar but I dunno...Nomaaaa might not be here next season :-\

I could go with a Ramierz since I don't think he'll be going anywhere soon due to his contract but I want to get one with a single digit

That's my favorite Sox jersey. I would definately get that if I wasn't a Yankee fan. I will never wear Sox, Braves, or Mets apparel. You can customize that jersey too and put whatever name and number you want.

Went through MLB.com it's the replicas... so doesn't have the arm logo or the numbers on the front, but that's fine for the price difference.

Jesus Shuttlesworth 02-22-2004 05:48 PM

That looks like a pull over though?

I would go with the button up personally, I might a customized one but I dunno...I'll see how many tickets I get to the Sox this year before I spend money on a jersey I probably won't wear all that much.

Loose Cannon 02-22-2004 06:14 PM

Yeah, I wouldn't spend a lot of money on a jersey if you were only going to wear it a few times. I wear jerseys all time time, especially during the spring and summer, so I tend to buy a lot of them.
