If you had kids who watched wrestling and asked you about your "good times"...

What/who would you tell him or her about srsly?

Xero 03-21-2007 01:06 PM

Steve Austin, Undertaker and The Rock.

Those are the three wrestlers that I associate with the "good times". There are others obviously, but these three have always been ahead of the pack for me.

Johnny Vegas 03-21-2007 01:11 PM

Yea, like i'd tell my kids about Rock v. Hogan at WM X8, Rock v. Austin, the nWo, Benoit & Eddie winning the titles the same night

Xero 03-21-2007 01:16 PM

Benoit and Eddie didn't win the titles the same night. Eddie won it at No Way Out. But I see what you mean.

The summer of 1998 was all about wrestling for me and I'd probably go down that year. Rock/Triple H, Austin/Undertaker, DX, Austin/McMahon. It was phenomenal.

I'd also make sure to tell him about Foley.

Now that I think of it, the WWE home video needs to come out with Attitude Era set. Seriously, that includes matches promos and a documentary thats just abour Raw and PPVs from late 97-late 2000. And make it like 3 or 4 discs.
It'd sell like crazy.

Xero 03-21-2007 01:22 PM

Foley was gold too. From about half way though the original Mankind gimmick straight through to Royal Rumble 2000 were his best years.

Destor 03-21-2007 01:24 PM

The tiem The Kat took off her top at Amageddon '99. Or when Mea Young did her parody at the Royal Rumle '00.Memories for every generation.

Destor 03-21-2007 01:24 PM

Seroiusly though, I'd tell them to go read a book.

Stickman 03-21-2007 01:39 PM

I'd tell them to quit watching that shit.

Jura 03-21-2007 01:42 PM

I wouldn't tell them anything unless they asked. I'll just let them watch my wrestling collection and see how they react and form their own opinions first.
