First, in order to answer this question, I would need to run as fast as I could head first into a brick wall as to hopefully cause enough brain damage that I could think like someone on WWE's staff. Second, I would actually need to give a flying fuck how some internet writer for WWE.com would rank WrestleMania build ups...

I want to say #3 is Kane and someone, but it doesn't look like Taker, looks like Rock (which obviously makes no sense).

Haven't seen the site but Hogan v Savage should definitely be on the list. Flair v Savage probably should too.

Not really having to do with this, Just want to make mention that my favorite Road To WrestleMania is WM15. It was just awesome, The beer truck incident ( which I was there live for it) and just everything about it had a special feel to it.
