whatever happened to in your house?
 

I was just thinking about this. Wasnt it every month they did that drew a name in there contest...and i dont remember what you won but there was a male and female host of it.......i cant remember much of it at all actually...

They went up to one house then the owner turned on the sprinklers.

I think superstars would come to your house or something.

Um, wasn't In Your House basically the equivalent of televising the house shows? And then eventually, they realized they could turn them into monthly PPV's instead of waiting four months for a new one. Hence, birth of monthly PPVs.

I'm prolly wrong though.

They were way better than house shows but it was the start of monthly PPV and counter attacking WCW who were doing 10 PPVs a year at this time as well as Clash specials.

I believe they gave away a house for the first In Your House PPV, or at least at some show they gave away a house.

The IYH PPV thing started at 2 hours per show, and then in Sept of 97 with Ground Zero they moved to them to 3 hours per show, and then they just changed the names of the shows, to get where we are now.
