...why? Just read it on wrestlezone It's been reported that the angle and match were scrapped, for no real reason. Is 8 matches too much? I mean seriously, how can you scrap that from your card when its not even full? It's reported that Flair is a bit upset since he was looking forward to the match and it being his second to last wrestlemania.

Keep in mind I tend to not beleive them either. (Also, if you actually pay attention they're all wrong 90% of time. Yet people still clamor to them, acting as if they hold the keys to the future.)

Oh I rarely believe that shit, but this is likely true. Since theres one week until wrestlemania. I just don't know why the card is so thin and these two would be left off of it.

Neither do I, which is why I doubt they will be. Wrestle Mania is a 4 hour PPV, yes? They need an opener like this. Wouldn't make much sense to not have it.

I agree, yet unless its made tonight it's not going to happen. I hope it's wrong. And I wish they had saved MNM vs L&K for Wrestlemania instead of Smackdown, just so there could be a tag match and them on the card too.
Then you could have had MNM kick Mercury out in kayfabe and have Nitro and Melina continue in whatever angle.

Hopefully Flair vs Carlito is announced tonight tho.

It's just beyond me why they haven't made more matches for this card.

Ric Flair has looked pretty awful in the ring recently, so I hope he's up to a match. I'm fairly certain they'll let him on the card in some fashion.
