With Umaga as Champ, i think this is time for guys like Carlito to get a push and to make his run at the intercontinental title. We can't have SUPERMAN John Cena champ forever so some of these stars the WWE never built up such as Carlito and Shelton need to start getting some mid-card pushes so that one day we wont have another John Cena. For the record i like Cena but there's no way in hell he should be champ right now.

Move Punk to RAW, give him a lengthy 5 to 6 month IC Title reign, not only defending, but getting into heated feuds with guys like Carlito, Benjamin, and Nitro.

...then drop is to Khali who eats the belt and is never deeated again...

Or, have Khali choke to death while trying to swallow it whole. Not only would it be a RAW moment for the ages, but he'd be an instant member of the Hall of Fame, as being the only man to be defeated by the title he just won. I'm pretty sure that's a record nobody else would break.

Aside from Nitro's general uphill movement, I'd say Benji and The Cool are pretty buried as it is.

Carlito was kinda funny as a heel. As a face, he comes off looking like a faggoty douchebag. I guess he's not bad in the ring, per say, but he's really nothing spectacular. I don't see how he got so over.

Carlito is all around okay. With that said you can't have a main eventer who's claim to fame is that he is all around okay, it doesn't work in the title scene. IC Title scene, yes, World Title scene, no.
