Do you think they should do the Fake Kane thing again this year, now that that date is rolling around again? Screw should, do you think they'll do it anyway? I wouldn't mind, despite the fact that the guy wasn't the greatest, I loved the angle.

The angle was awful, of course, and felt like it went on and on forever. Still, I would've liked a bit more of a climax to it than Kane ripping of Fake-Kane's mask and throwing him outside.

I was always looking forward to the angle, and they pulled it off pretty horribly. And the match came off more as a fifth rate Taker vs. Kane re-enactment by Undertaker vs. Undertaker than anything else.

Knowing WWE, he was the only guy under contract who fit into the costume. Or maybe he was the only guy who could do that backwards flip over the ropes.

Yeah, especially after the fake Kane took a clean pinfall over the real Kane the previous night.

Yeah, he shoulda started bustin out the lucha libre moves.

I thought the angle was decent enough up until they ended it. I mean, my inner mark was flailing rampantly the whole time, so I didn't actually notice how shitty the wrestling was... I just expected there to be some sort of closure. They barely revealed shit about who the fake Kane was and why he was wearing the mask, and I was expecting Kane to start wearing the mask again afterwards. Instead, he tossed the guy out of the ring and went on about his business, acting like nothing ever happened.
