This makes me think of the contreversial (translation:rigged) polls from WCW in 2000, in which not only were votes not counted towards certain wrestlers, but awarded to other wrestlers in the poll.

For example, one poll saw all of Kidmans votes automatically calculated to show up on Hogan's bar.

WWE did that, too, if I'm not mistaken.

Now we know you're full of shit. Cena's neck doesn't break, it merely bends until he gets tired of allowing it to do so.

Not sure about that, but I do know if a poll goes the wrong way, it gets closed and then "recalculated."
