I know that normally these don't mean shit, but these 3 guys still with the belts kind of gives away who's going over this Sunday

Just a random little note: Vengeance 2001 was where the WWE and WCW Championships were unified. Maybe we could get lucky and see one WWE World Heavyweight Champion walk out of Vengeance?

I actually picked up tickets a few weeks ago for Vengeance...If this poster means that Cena is gonna be the champ at the time then good...I want to be there to witness him losing the title.

Yeh I doubt this poster is legit, but IF it is...dear god I hope it's a title unification match. Even though it's three people I DON'T want to see with the title, at least it would cut it down to one person I don't want to see with the title.

This poster looks more real than most of the ones that are faked prematurely.

On the other hand, it's missing many of the things which are commonalities in the legit ones. So I'm guessing fake, but at least it's a more convincing fake than usual.

That pic is pretty bad ass.

Whoever faked it did pretty well to get all three guys to pose for photos using the exact same pose :roll:

It's obviously not a fake. It's probably going to be a "night of Champions" or something.

I would like the poster if that was anyone but Cena...well almost anyone.

They need to have this match: 3 champions, 3 falls, 3 challengers. Any challenger can pin any champion, any champion can pin any challenger. If a challenger pins a champ, he wins that belt. If a champ pins a challenger, he successfully defends his belt and leaves. Challengers cannot pin challengers, champs cannot pin champs.

That is AWFUL.

Hey, it combines three pretty lackluster title matches into one that you have to watch just about every second of to avoid missing something. Maybe somehow combine it with the Elimination Chamber idea, only start out with one champ and one challenger, and at 5 minute intervals the next champ and challenger are released.

...And no one is suprised.

P.S. Like Alienoid said, Vengence is were the first Undisputed Champ was crowned, with them no longer doing Brand exclusive PPVs, this could possibly the the dawning of them unifying the roster? Oh please, I seriously don't ask for a lot out of you guys anymore, just let this happen...

The only thing that is aweful about it is the fact that it indicates that both Lashley and Cena are retaining their titles at Backlash.

I agree with you there, but fuck it I'm gonna put it out right here right now...IF that poster is for real it had better not only be a title unification match, but also the end of the stupid brand-division thing, like I said, if they plan on having this match happen. And it had damn sure better be a quality match, which is probably where I'm asking too much, but like I said twice before this is only an if it's real thing...

P.S.--I also highly doubt that is the Vengeance poster as WWE does not have one anywhere to be found on their website, and wikipedia has no poster up for this year's event as yet either. Let's not forget that Vengeance is still pretty far off, doesn't happen until June 24th.

OMG, what is all of this talk about Night of Champions, unified titles, Champion of Champions stuff? It's tri-branded now and those are the current title holders. Who do you expect them to stick on there, Tonya Harding?

Seems like all of these ppvs are gonna become "nights of the champions" now. I mean, Backlash has 6 matches thus far and their ALL for title gold.

If the amount of belts and the multiple World championships wasn't hurting the promotion and the credibility of each belt already, it's beginning to.

Nobody's really the champion of anything. They weren't before but now they especially aren't because they're not even the sole champion of their respective PPVs or brands that have become more and more cross-promotional.

Right, every championship (Major ones, at least) will be defended like 20 times a year, and three main events is fucking insane for every PPV.

Deciding to cut their losses and go with unified PPVS was honestly a good choice. But it seems like they don't want to do the natural step in unifying the world championships and wishy washy brand divisions. This is likely because they don't want to depush 2 out of those 3.

Which is kinda bullshit, because they are trying to admit to needing the cross-promote and unify ppvs to up buyrates, but still wanna stick to their guns with having too many champions and title belts.
It's a classic example of them trying to have their cake and eat it too.
