So I'm thinking CM Punk should stop using Go2Sleep
Not because it's "stealing" from KENTA or whatever, but because it looks pretty horrible when he does it. I've yet to see a good looking version of the move.
Kinda thought Punk would be able to do it better, but I dunno. An urinagi into Anaconda Vice looks much better than Punk's G2S.\ http://www.wwe.com/shows/ecw/shows1/...ideos/4524564/ (Watch the 8 man tag match) By the way, that's how he should have turned heel in the first place. Mosy on up to RVD or someone and kick him in the neck. Then hit his finisher. |

It will only become a problem if and when he has to use it against larger compettitors. For some reason I can't see Punk getting someone the size of Lashley or Cena up for the Go2Sleep and hitting it after 15 or so minutes of ring work. Maybe I'm wrong

Well aside from marks like saying the move, I agree...it's a horrible looking finisher. For a wrestler who people have taking in as there new "jump on his dick" star, maybe he should have a move that doesn't look like a crappy gut wrench.

Wait, so Go2Sleep isn't some sort of submission? It is a fireman's carry to a gutbuster? How does that make an oppenet go to sleep. This makes no sence.

If Cena doesn't sell The Stab for more than 3 months, than nobody else should, either.
And aside from the fact that G2S takes him a good 5 seconds to set up, 5 seconds to stand still, 2 seconds to pitch the guy, 2 seconds to just barely miss the target's head and another second or so for the sluggish slop-show to end, yeah, G2S would be a decent finisher. But maybe he should look into something he can ]do. |

It doesn't look so great because Punk hasn't actually, you know, trained in Muay Thai, unlike KENTA. And because Punk's an awkward motherfucker at the best of times. He's in great shape, he's just not what I'd call a great athlete.
