RUSH HOUR 3
A story about LAPD Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) and Hong Kong Police Chief Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) who reunite after the Chinese Ambassador is shot during a major address before the World Criminal Court Summit in Los Angeles. It looks like the criminal syndicate - the Chinese Triads - is behind the crime and the assassin's trail leads to Paris, France.

I guess Chan's only doing serious movies really was a lifelong comittment.

Probably...i can't wait for this movie..i've been a fan of Tucker since he was on Def Comedy Jam. Might have to set up a nice, smoove date for this one...

I'm not really even surprised that this film is being made, after all the hint was in the credits of Rush Hour 2 right at the end of the bloopers, before the credits took the full screen. “He won't be in Rush Hour 3!”, said Tucker after a cop car explodes.

The fact that Rush Hour 2 made $350 mil worldwide was more of an indication of another sequel.

Saw the trailer before Spiderman 3.....doesnt really look that good

Wait isn't this supposed to be Rush Hour 4? I thought Rush Hour 3 was the short film about Chris Tucker going across 2 states or something at 100 MPH being chased by cops claiming " He was going to church."

Can't remember if the first two movies had the Triads as villians or not, or if they were from another group (know NOTHING of gangs over there, as you can tell)?

I forgot when he said it but I remember them interviewing Jackie Chan on a tv show about upcomming projects and he had something like this to say...


"After I finish promotion for this movie im heading back overseas to do a movie their...then returning to here for Rush Hour 3...then going back overseas for another film...and then finally returning back here for Shanghai Dawn..."

Not the exact quote but the basic jist of it...Shanghai Dawn im predicting will be out within the next year or two.
