Does anyone have WWE On Demand?
They offer it out here for like 8 or 9 bucks a month. Is it worth it?
|
A friend of mine has it. For 8 bucks, I think it's definitely worth it. You also get the new PPVs a little while after they've been released, which isn't a bad deal.
You get the ECW shows monthly hosted by Joey Styles and Tazz, which from what I've seen is awesome. The monday night war is awesome since it's got full Raw and Nitros from the same night and you can watch things in chronological order. My complaints: The months are themed. So the stuff given each month is in a lot of ways repetitive. But if you get a good topic, you get good shit. They give a lot. I don't know if they give nearly enough though. One big complaint I had when watching it was that for one whole month, they don't give much of the Monday Night War. I think they may give one or two weeks worth of it. Either way, it's well worth 8 bucks I'd say, and it will provide you with more and far better wrestling programming than is on TV currently. |
I should buy it.

I have it... It's worth it IMO, The Monday Night War is the coolest part... they are following it from the beginning with Raw and Nitro in their entireties, they're at January 97 right now. Giant just got the boot from the nWo. They show a bunch of PPVs and old shit too
|
We dont have it here :-\
|
Yea for the amount of good wrestling shows and ppvs they show, plus the fact you get current PPVs at a delay, it's well worth it. For 8 bucks you're getting your moneys worht is how I judge it.
Think about it, it's about 2 dollars a week. |
Or 26.66 cents per day
|
I'll see about getting it if they ever get my cable working right. Maybe if I complain enough about it, I can get a month for free.
|
which shows actually how ridiculously cheap or lazy wrestling fans such as ourselves would have to be to not have ordered it by now.
With that being said, I haven't ordered it. Which says a lot about how motivated I am. |

does anyone here have charter digital cable and have wwe on demand? i am interested but have never heard of it up until now.
|
I have it too. For the money its def worth it. Liek now I don't even bother ordering ppv's I'll just catch them a couple of months later for what amounts to just a little over nothing.

well, i just looked at wwe.com and it lists charter as being a carrier but then searching the actual charter website and nothing comes up.
|
Ahh, we don't get it in the UK.. well, at least we get most of the PPVs live and for free anyway :p !
|
I wish my cable company would get it.
|
'tis worth it for the Monday Night War alone
|
wish I could get it here
|
HAHA YES!!!!!
I was browsing thru my digital cable menu and found WWE On Demand for 7.99 a month, i am going to order it right now and watch an old ecw episode. |

My family recently got comcast and we said we would give it a shot. If your into classic style wrestling then I would say go for it. Personally I didnt like it because it was really "on demand" I thought it would be more user friendly but I guess not. They have weekly shows such as History of ECW. But if your willing to cough up $8 a month to see wrestling anytime u want go ahead. But once you see all programs for the week you have to wait another week to get new shows.

^You're a fucking idiot.

Crossrine edited his post, so now this post doesn't make any sense.
Hopefully I helped.

like others have said, it is worth it for the monday night war series. they are replaying the entire nitro episode from jan. 1997 right now. i imagine they will then play the corresponding competing raw episode after.
