That was from WCW Nitro and WCW Thunder playstation games. Although the bit at the end was tweaked to sound higher... still gay though lol.

Actually, that version of Nitro was a computer game. The PlayStation version came out before Goldberg was a big star, and thus didn't include him.

I think it makes him more of a pterodactyl than gay.
