Disturbed316 05-23-2007 12:20 PM

Wow, that sucks :(

McLegend 05-23-2007 12:21 PM

Terrible :(

Chuck Jones 05-23-2007 12:24 PM

This is something that nobody should have to go through.

Theo Dious 05-23-2007 12:25 PM

Is this why he was away from TNA for a while?

Really sucks, here's hoping Jeff and his family are ok.

Rammsteinmad 05-23-2007 12:26 PM

R.I.P. :(

KingofOldSchool 05-23-2007 12:27 PM

Man, that's the worst thing that could possibly happen for a family.

I hope Jeff can pull his kids and the rest of their family through this horrible time.

Arnold HamNegger 05-23-2007 12:34 PM

:'(

Innovator 05-23-2007 12:47 PM

That's horrible. No family should go through this.

Crossrine 05-23-2007 01:08 PM

Man think how the Jarret kids must feel. Mom is gone (R.I.P.) and Dad will be on the road all the time. That sucks my prayers to the family..

XL 05-23-2007 01:13 PM

Man I thought that said Jeff for a moment then.

Was it today that she passed? Cos if it was, was it not 8 years today that Owen died?

XL 05-23-2007 01:13 PM

Oh

XL 05-23-2007 01:15 PM

Oh,

God, I didn't even think of that. Poor Jeff, he's going to have to start crawling into a hole om May 23rd. :(

Some things in life are bad
They can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you're chewing on life's gristle
Don't grumble, give a whistle
And this'll help things turn out for the best...

And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...

If life seems jolly rotten
There's something you've forgotten
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.
When you're feeling in the dumps
Don't be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.

And...always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the light side of life...

For life is quite absurd
And death's the final word
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.

So always look on the bright side of death
Just before you draw your terminal breath

Life's a piece of shit
When you look at it
Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep 'em laughing as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.

And always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the right side of life...
(Come on guys, cheer up!)
Always look on the bright side of life...
Always look on the bright side of life...
(Worse things happen at sea, you know.)
Always look on the bright side of life...
(I mean - what have you got to lose?)
(You know, you come from nothing - you're going back to nothing.
What have you lost? Nothing!)
Always look on the right side of life...

Geez, that's horrible. Definitely thoughts and sympathies to the Jarret family. :(

FourFifty 05-23-2007 04:51 PM

So which website is going to report this first? wwe.com or tnawrestling.com?

Dave Youell 05-23-2007 04:56 PM

Can't even imagine what that family are going through right now

Super V 05-23-2007 05:35 PM

Hopefully Jeff Jarrett takes even more time off from now.

Mercury Bullet 05-23-2007 05:46 PM

After the typical first thought, my second is that I hope TNA doesn't use this in the storylines for Jarrett onscreen. You know, mentioning it is one thing but turning it into an angle is :nono: (i.e. - Guerrero situation in WWE).

Hopefully he takes some time off and has some quality time with his family. And I never thought I'd say this, but AFTER his time off, I hope he comes back and this isn't the last we've seen of Double J.

KayfabeMan 05-23-2007 07:01 PM

This is horrible.

I can't even express how bad I feel over this.

What a shame. Jeff, despite all the shit people give him, overall is a nice guy and has a good mind for the business, and a good heart for his friends and in more important matters, his family.

So sorry to hear this, and my thoughts and prayers to his entire family.

The Fugitive 05-23-2007 07:26 PM

Misread the title for a second and thought it said Jeff, doesn't make it any less of a tragic death though.

What can I say that hasn't already been said?

I'm sorry to hear about her passing, but she's finally at peace from this wretched disease. My condolences to Jeff and his family.

YOUR Hero 05-23-2007 07:42 PM

Never a good thing to hear

Shadow 05-23-2007 11:37 PM

Worst thing to ever happen to a person is to lose a loved one before their time.

Thoughts go out to the Jarrett clan.

Mr. Nerfect 05-24-2007 01:10 AM

When I heard Jeff was dealing with personal issues, I thought it was with a sick mother, or someone from the previous generation, whose time had come. Death is always sad, but when it is your wife before her time should have come? My thoughts go out to the Jarrett family.
