I just read a rumor about Shawn Michaels and if its true its bad
 

I read that he tore his ACL, courtesy of Prowrestling.com, but that he is going to wrestle with a knee brace. Conventional wisdom states that if he tore his ACL he could not wrestle, but someone please clear this up for me. I'm like going off the wall right now, and I am really worried considering he is my fav wrestler of all time. :(

WTF? That would really suck. That means HHH will pin Benoit for sure! :(

When did he apparently tear it? Because he was fine on RAW last week and this week, and he is supposed to wrestle next week.

Yeah the injury is legit, but he's going to work through it. I dont know this as a fact, but maybe thats why they haven't made the Triple Threat a Ladder Match yet. Perhaps they figure it would be too risky with HBK's injury.

Its interesting that he doens't pull himself out of the match, because as he said himself, a Wrestlemania main event should always be one on one.

I'm surprise nobody knew about this, it's legit and has been posted on wrestlezone.com for a couple of days (I guess news travel late) it says there he likely injuried it against Orton a couple of weeks ago and has been wearing a brace so it doesn't worsen. I am surprise he'll still do the match though.

I have trouble feeling sorry for the guy, despite the seriousness of the injury.

I'va actually known this for a few days now, I'm just wary of posting things I can't cite a source on, since the only source I have is a guy I work with who tends to be quite knowledgable about these things. Oh well.

Anyways, yeah it sucks, and I gotta wonder how it affects Mania. Will he still win the title and drop it to Benoit in Edmonton, or will HHH use this as an excuse to keep the belt wrapped around his cock for another month?

Yeah, like come on here. How many sports athelets(sp) can play with a torn ACL? I buddy of mine tore his a few months back and he was on crutches. His knee is still really messed up. I fail to see how HBK could perform the way he has, if he had a torn ACL. It either must be a very very very minor tear or he's taking injections before he steps out into the ring. OR we can believe that Michaels is just a mega tough.

I like the idea that he's been shooting up at the entryway. ;)
