the RKO and the Diamond Cutter?

STUNNER! STUNNER! BAWGAWD STUNNER!

Diamond Cutter can come out of nowhere and is always hit perfectly.

RKO has to be set up and teased for 10 minutes and is botched 83% of the time.

One is done by one of today's top superstars.

The other is done by Randy Orton.

I think the actual technical/not sarcastic difference is that the RKO is more high angle. Or what KayfabeMan and JamesSteele said..

The Dieamond Cutter is a 3/4 turning Ace Crusher. Also, DDP doesn't jump when he performs it; he snaps into place and drops you.

The RKO is a jumping Ace Crusher. It's performed kinda sloppily most of the time.

Dunno if it matters much but I also noticed when DDP does it he hooks you with both arms... Orton does it with one. :shifty:

The diamond cutter is one of the most awesome finished moves ever. The RKO is a piece of shit, and so is Randy Orton.

I liked DDP for his finish alone, one of the best of its time by far.

I marked out like a fucker for the Diamond Cutter, I loved the whole "he has fifty ways to hit it" thing, where every week the number of ways he could hit it increased.

The RKO is pretty awesome, it's become to him what the DDT was for Jake.

The RKO on last weeks Raw was pretty awesome, I must admit.

Which is nice and all, but doesn't make up for primarily doing shitty and half-botched RKOs....

Though he has pulled off a couple sick ones.

The guy could be great, but he's sloppy and not a very good speaker. He's got "The look," he's got some charisma, and he's good when he's got his head in it, but most of the time, he looks like shit, and he kind of sounds like the short bus kids when he speaks. I expect him to drool quite often.

I agree he's not the best talker, but in the ring he's much better than people give him credit for, especially when it comes to taking an ass-kicking.

And besides the Jericho one, I can't remember a time the RKO got blown, and even then I don't know how much of it was Orton's fault.
