Yes, Blitz. There's Taiko Drum Master for PS2 which I used to own. It was pretty sweet.

I liked how you could go to a dance bar in San Andreas and dance to the soundtrack, and if you would score high enough you unlocked the next song. Didn’t really dig the lowrider rhythm mini-game so much though...
