"Underground" to me is just acts that don't get the mainstream attention they deserve.. That being said, if they did get the mainstream attention, most people would then hate on them for "selling out"..

Rugged Man did Jerichos rap song on the Aggression album several years back.

I know a guy named Lay Lo?? (I believe thats how he spells it) thats up and coming in the underground. His music is pretty good and I heard that he brings the house down at all the places he performs at.
