The Official Ladder Match DVD discussion
Have watched the first few matches. I totally forgot that the Hardys were in the Brood for awhile
Do they mention the Dudley Boyz? Not like I used to be a Buh Buh mark or anything... just curious :shifty:
The Hardys were in the brood? I don't remember that either...
New Brood. Infact when they were in the Terri Runnels Invetational which eventually spawned the TLC series, they were the Brood.
Remember when they were with Hayes? lol...
Going to pick this up very soon though. Moved to my #1 slot of wrestling DVDs to get. |
I'm getting this, the Horsemen DVD, and the Greatest Wrestling Families DVD for around $50 total from DeepDiscountDVD
Passed up an offer to get the Ladder Match DVD for $18 today.
I heard its one of the best WWE DVDs to date. The only bad things is the Jake/JYD match is not the entire match and many matches have the blurs on the WWF logo

The Bret/Shawn ladder match was supposed to happen at Summerslam 92. But that got changed because Vince wanted to see if the ladder match would get over and when it was decided that Summerslam would be an Wembley they decided to go with Bret/Bulldog.
I haven't watched too much yet, but I did pick it up today at Circuit City for $16.99, but I like what I've seen so far. All except the damn blurred WWF's, but I have to accept that.
Anybody seen Families DVD yet? I thought the documentary was decent. The matches were so-so lots of classic footage but most of the matches are squashes. The best matches are Steamboat/Youngblood vs Briscos, Harts vs Michaels and the Knights (Hennan was GOLD on commentary) and the WCCW 6 man tag with the interesting twist to it.

Fucking want this DVD. Still dunno when its out here.
what are the matches?
What I did not realize is that in the Rock vs HHH IC title match at SS, the fans were chanting Rocky sucks in the beginning, and Rocky, Rocky, Rocky, at the end
Siiiiiiiiick dvd, got it today and I love it, Def. one of the best WWE has produced.
BTW, is the RVD/Eddie ladder match the one when the fan came into the ring?
Yeah.
On either the RVD set of Eddie set they cut to Benoit during the run-in though, so I would assume it's the same here. |
Fuck sake amazon wont release it over here...cunts.

Yeah on the RVD/Eddie match they show Benoit like they do on Eddies DVD to edit out the fan entering the ring.
Undertaker vs. Jeff Hardy Raw 2002
Now that there shows that the Undertaker could still go. And that Jeff Hardy had potential.....until he fucked himself over the next week.... |
Yeah Taker/Hardy was a great match, and one of the best matches J.R. had called in the past 5 years.
