PW Torrents
 

Are there other sites at least somewhat the caliber of PW Torrents that I can find downloads at? I've been with PWT for a while, but am about to get banned because of my dload ratio and I can't get it up. The staff is completely unhelpful and pretty much doesn't even respond to any of my questions, etc. So even if I'm not getting banned, I'm still pretty fed up. So, anywhere else I can go that ya'll know about is greatly appreciated.

Try seeding what you download for for a while, especailly active ones, with leechers, I used to use XtremeWrestlingTorrents.net its about the same as PWTorrents. I had the same problem and I would just download parts of shows or PPV that had alot of people download and then seed it for a long time.

Anyway, i USED to be connectable on PWT and had no problems. Then, suddenly, I wasn't. And I couldn't get it back, and so slowly, my ratio has been dropping. I could also just get by, by leaving my torrents open for a day or two and I could get enough downloaded to keep my ratio up. But now, I get almost no uploads going AND it doesn't seem to even be logging what little uploads I get.

You almost pretty much have to donate at least once to get the ratio up. I did and all my downloads went pretty fast after that. I think it's worth 30 bucks to stay on. Compared to 40 bucks per PPV.

No, they don 't I've been a member there for ages, not sent them a penny and I usually get >600k d/l speeds

But why bother donating if all you have to do is seed then.

Sometimes you cant seed, and then when you ask for help with connection issues, etc...you either get no response or a "Sorry, sounds like you're screwed" response from the staff. A lot of the Mods and Admins are just total dicks in general. They tell you to ask for help and when you do it you get insulted or smart ass responses, or just not responded to at all. I think I'm just gonna switch to the site Instant Classic posted.

So, if you are looking for a wrestling torrents site, don't use PWT.

If you have a little cash to spare and want all the PPV's and more wrestling then you can ever need, use PWT. If you are a cheap bastard then don't.

Not a matter of being a cheap bastard, if I had the extra money I would donate. But commuting approx 100 miles round trip everyday in my Ford Explorer hits the wallet pretty hard and there is no extra money going on right now.

EVEN then, not donating doesn't excuse the staff treating people like they're retards. Just the other day I defended a guy on the boards asking about connectivity and got told to shut up and stay out of it or I was going to get banned.

They banned an entire country from being able to use their site just because of a small percentage was 'abusing' the system somehow.

I use XWT and it is awesome. I don't know how fast stuff gets released on PWT, but you can usually download a show right after it airs. (Not the best quality but it is watchable, and better quality gets released after a day or 2)

I just signed up with XWT and and it seems every bit as a good as PWT as far as selection and quality. Haven't had to deal with a mod or admin yet though...

They really don't do anything. You just have to keep a .5 ratio and they give you a warning if it dips under that over a certain amount of time and you got X amount to get it above .5. I have used it for over a year and never dealt with a mod.

Okay, so I just downloaded and started using uTorrent (I had been using BitTornado) and I've just been promptly banned by both PWT and XWT. I thought uTorrent was the 'best' or some crap like that, and now it got me banned.

So......what's the third best torrents site?

Your shit outta luck son. I use Utorrent and havent has a problem.

XWT works fine for me on utorrent.

Woot, XWT actually RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL without a dickhead answer, AND HELPED ME, and unbanned my IP. We're back in business. :y:
