After Royal Rumble 99

The next Raw, The Rock had another I Quit match with Triple H. They mentioned during that match that Stone Cold was the #1 contender for the belt and that it was revealed that Mankind didnt actually say I Quit. My questions is. Did Mankind ever get a rematch for the title after Royal Rumble 99?

If I'm right, didn't Foley regain the title at Halftime Heat? When they had the empty arena match.

Yeah and lost it back to the Rock the night after St Valentines Day Massacre in a Ladder match, when "The Big Nasty" Paul Wight, as he was then known, interfered.
