Memory Card Error on a digital camera
 

I was just taking pictures with this Canon digital camera and all of a sudden the lens view screen said Memory Card Error on it. I tried taking the card out and reinsertin it but that didn't work and I'm fresh out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions?

First, what happens when you plug the card into the computer.


In all seriousness, there's hardly anything you can do with those. You might have to restore the memory card.

It works fine except it says there are currently no pictures.

How do I restore the memory card if it comes to that?

you can either do it on the camera, or in my computer.

Oh ok I found it on the camera. Gonna try and avoid it though for now. This sucks.
