A window pops up and says "Requires virtual memory to be enabled."


What the hell do I need to do.

Right Click on the "My Computer" icon and select "Properties". On the window that pops up click on the "Advanced" tab. Another window pops up and click on the new "Advanced" tab. Go down to virtual memory and click "Change". You can manually change it or let the system do it.

ok it's working now. i had to run it in xp sp2 compatibility mode.
