Inspired by the Night of Champions
 

Well I think it's very clear that in the "World Title" scene the peaking order goes WWE>World>ECW...but what of the under card titles? Let's face it, for the most part, they aren't worth the cost of making the belt, never mind any importance still connected with lineage. But what do you think is the most important "second tier" title?

I am going to say the US Title. In fact, I think there is strong arguments to be made that the US Belt may be overall the single most honored titled since it's return back in '03. Plus it does have quite a rich history if you choose to date it back to the old US Title...

I agree, US title.

The US Title belt itself looks too fucking stupid to be honorable in anyway. IC title is the #1 #2 belt.

Im going with the IC belt....seems natural

Gotta go with the U.S. belt. Sure it needs a new design, but it didn't lose credibility like the IC belt did when it was unified with the WHC by Triple H. Plus, the US belt seems to have a better history in the last couple of years. It hasn't been misused as much as the IC belt has.

U.S Title.

The only WWE US champion who's been poor that I can think of is Orlando Jordan, and alot of former heavyweight champions contend for this title such as Benoit and Big Show. The I.C title has had loads of poor champions over the years including the current holder. And for some reason while they were good I.C champions I couldn't see the likes of Nitro and Jeff Hardy winning the U.S title.

Dunno if any of what I just said made any sense but anyway I see the U.S Title as a more prestigious belt.

I can't take anything seriously when that stupid looking US title belt is involved.

I don't watch Cena segments or matches anymore, unless it might help a storyline.

The IC title jobbed to the U.S. title the other night. I think that may say alot at the moment. :y:

I've always preferred the modern WWE/F IC title over the old one. It seems more elegant to me.

IC. Just wish right now they'd bump it up to where it should be. Specially as SD got screwed in the draft and RAW is pushed as THE show now.

Well, there's enough people to make a good division for it...

Let's see..

It's-a me, the IC champion! No one cares.

Black ranger(I'd call him Zack but no one would get it). Hate him.

Redneck Wrecking Crew feuding with the Hardys. Not quite gold, but doing okay, even though Matt's on Smackdown and shouldn't be on Raw.

Throwbacks, mildly to moderately interesting when they've got some decent competition, all of which was traded. I expect the tag titles of Smackdown to be completely forgotten for at least another month.

Chavo. Should really be chasing the US title or something by now, but isn't. His match with Jimmy Yang is more or less guaranteed to be the best of the night at Vengeance if they get more than five minutes, so they won't. WWE doesn't care, so it makes it hard for me to.

Women's championship. Without Nitro with Melina, she lacks purpose, and I never particularly liked her. Yes, I'm aware she has an acceptably attractive ass. Too bad the internet exists and I could go find porn. Needs Victoria back for me to give a damn.

In conclusion, the WWE shits on every title, but I pick the Raw tag titles.
