Does Khali speak fluent english?

If Khali didn't top-rope-step-over the Mexican border then I'd imagine he at least understands a lot of English and can speak it fairly well.

from what I have read about on the TPWW news forums, he doesn't have a good grasp of English and usually needs an interpreter. I would hate it if he started to speak English, he would never go "Raaaaaaaaaaaaaar" again.

I read somewhere that he knows basic English, but is still learning it properly, so I don't think its too much of a problem in the ring.

He's also straight edge apparently....

You know, I've been wondering for a while what those scars or something are from on his chest, or even if they are scars...
