If you own a Benoit shirt...

I know..I know...another damn Benoit thread....sorry about that...

I made this because me a some people were wondering what the hell people are gonna do now...

Those on here that own Benoit shirts....Will you wear them again?....Because I cant help but think that if I go out wearing my Benoit shirt that im gonna get all sorts of weird stares...(and not the good kind of stares....though I never get those anyway)

But yea...

Will you wear your Benoit shirts anymore?

6to1 06-30-2007 11:28 PM

yea thats the only wwe shirt i have i don't know what to do with it.

FourFifty 06-30-2007 11:35 PM

Yea, I wish I bought a Benoit shirt when I had a chance. Go to shopzone.wwe.com now and look up "Benoit" and it'll say, and I quote....

If I had one, I'd be wearing it with pride right now.

Don't fuck with pro wrestling fans. We worship murderers.

Thriller 06-30-2007 11:42 PM

I own 2 and there both currentally in the back of my closest. One says "Struggle is optional, pain is in evitable" so i dont see myself wearing that one anytime soon.

FourFifty 06-30-2007 11:45 PM

....I gotta admit, on the topic of Benoit merch, WWE could make a <strike>killing</strike> nice chunk of cash if they sold all the Benoit merch at low prices instead if taking it off.
I'd love to get the Benoit DVD now, and a shirt. Loved him as a wrestler.

And it's not like they don't normally cash in on death.

Necrophillia. It's not just for manequins anymore.

mrslackalack 06-30-2007 11:50 PM

I dont have a shirt, but I am def keeping the DVD of his

FourFifty 06-30-2007 11:50 PM

Hell, to be honest I bought the Eddie Guerrero DVD and book after Eddie passed away... Skimmed through the DVD, and the book is the worst WWE book I've tried to read. Couldn't finish it. It was just.... While I'm sure Eddie had a hell of a story to tell, it was painfully clear that someone else wrote it. It bored be to <strike>death</strike> a state of bordem that is so boring I'd use the same basic gag in a 10 min time frame.

Jokes like that are going to put me in an early <s>grave</s> retirement home.

mrslackalack 07-01-2007 12:03 AM

I have heard Eddies DVD was better than the book

Yeah, definitely a case of over<strike>kill</strike> use now.

PapaGeorgio 07-01-2007 12:59 AM

Semi-related. Went to Target today, they had one benoit figure left. I bought it, thinking of selling it on ebay with like some matches. Gimmick being they could burn the murderer. Not that I care, just think it be funny and could turn a profit.

FourFifty 07-01-2007 01:05 AM

Wow, I'd expect that from RP or CC, but you....
Fuck you.

PapaGeorgio 07-01-2007 02:15 AM

Sorry to disappoint you fourfifty.

darkpower 07-01-2007 03:18 AM

Funny...seeing as how now half of us are not even sure he DID it at all anymore, much less not sure if he did it in cold blood.

Not saying we should or shouldn't, just saying statistically, the board is split on what exactly happened now.

Zen v.W.o. 07-01-2007 04:41 AM

I've got a Charles Manson shirt, so ya know....if I had a Benoit shirt, I'd only wear it to wrestling shows, but I dont.

I have a Hart Foundation, Hot Rod and Austin 3:16 shirt.

Rammsteinmad 07-01-2007 07:06 AM

I never got one. But have always wanted one. Looking out on Ebay. And I'd wear it with pride. I'm a fan of the wrestler, not the murderer. :y:

road doggy dogg 07-01-2007 08:29 AM

Just out of curiousity; with the WWE confiscating Benoit signs at shows, do you think they'd do anything to anyone wearing a Benoit shirt? Ask them to remove it/flip it inside-out?

Aside from that, I would totally wear one, and make scary faces at children, or wink at them and jokingly set my hands up in a Crossface hold, and then their parents would have a horrified look on their face and it would be rofl

People thought it was in cold blood?

Oh, right. The mentally handicapped.

Anyway, it doesn't matter what we think, it matters what WWE think. And concerned parents. And Kneejerkiung fucks everywhere. And the media. And they're all trying to abandon, use, or rip into Benoit.

TerranRich 07-01-2007 12:28 PM

You guys <s>murder</s> kill me.

RP 07-01-2007 12:30 PM

I'd wear it and then German Suplex some unsuspecting kid.

IC Champion 07-01-2007 12:30 PM

I wonder if their's any on Ebay.

This tend to happen with all my jokes... Be it online and off line. I can get a good base, but someone else tends to polish it up.

Destor 07-01-2007 05:37 PM

I wish I owned a Benoit shirt tbh.

IC Champion 07-01-2007 05:38 PM

Me too, me too....

6to1 07-01-2007 05:57 PM

#1-norm-fan 07-01-2007 08:15 PM

You know, one post, and I kill the entire thread?
