What would have been the outcome of the McMahon death angle?

Dave Meltzer is reporting that the conclusion of the McMahon death angle would have saw Vince McMahon returning to television to reveal that he faked his death. Believe it or not, last week’s Raw would have featured a false arrest of Linda McMahon.

I can only imagine what the reaction would have been to that...

Stock values in the 5 dollar range, ratings in the TNA Impact range...

It's not like it's the first time a story line was dropped with no reason. There was this one story line which was going to be awesome, and it all started off with "I Still Remember"

I'm pretty sure this is the first storyline to be dropped at this level. This was going to be THE main Storyline for at least a month.

And it was still predictable.

But then according to some other results I read, Linda would obviously be shown as the one who did not do it. There are reports going around that Vince would have "hired" someone to fake his death in an effort to get over a guy as a monster heel. The man....

Pretty sure this one was dropped for a reason.

I mean, I know they're trying to erase Benoit, but we don't have to, either.
