I agree, want to blow up the theater every time I see the trailer for it. Worst part is it goes over so well in theaters, like everyone goes nuts for the trailers. I find myself asking why as well.

I didn't even know it was being made until about twenty minutes ago, when I by chance saw a banner ad for it on Fark.

It just seems like such a needless extension of a franchise that's already on borrowed time.

Same here. I don't get why everyone hollers and claps as soon as they appear on screen. Ugh. It just doesn't look good at all.

Somehow I doubt that, considering he's one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood.

Six Emmys (Emmies?) and a swathe of nominations in the space of three years (well, two and a half, really) agree with Gooner and I that Arrested Development was hilarious. Also, you know perfectly well that he didn't spell humour 'wrong' [sic], but used the widely accepted Commonwealth spelling that you don't necessarily have to use, but should at least be aware of before you go calling people idiots for spelling things the way their entire country (or band of countries) does.

Also, it's "wrongly". "You spelled humour wrongly". Idiot.

But we're not here to debate that. Anyway, that trailer does look okay. I'm gonna be honest, when I posted this topic I'd seen nothing about the movie except that it was being made, and that was enough for me to air my disgust. Enough pointless trilogies, already. :-\ Everything is a fucking trilogy these days. Nothing is just a standalone movie anymore. Even the unsequelable (Speed 3 with Dennis Hopper?) movies are getting sequels. Ugh.
