Orton/Foley feud was fantastic

Feud: HBK/HHH
Angle: Ric Flair trying to become "the man" one more time back when HHH was on his reign of doom.

Trips/Batista
Eddie/Angle

Lesnar v Angle
Locker room v Evolution was also pretty good

As well as the ones above.

All the Smackdown Six stuff was awesome.

Agreed on Evolution - fantastic.

Shawn/HHH was good too.

Jimmy loves Lacey (Jimmy Jacobs, Colt Cabana, BJ Whitmer feud.) This feud also has one of my favorite promos of all time. That being Jimmy's "In the end, the good guy gets the girl, and the villain gets what's coming to him/ I love you Big Brother" promo.
