How do I take a screen shot from Windows Media Player?

Tools --> Options --> Performance --> Click Advanced Button in the Video acceleration box --> Uncheck "Use Overlays", Press Ok and get out of the menu

Play the video, hit Print Screen button on the keyboard, paste in paint.
