WWE.com posted the following today:

"WWE has come to terms on the release of Sylvain Grenier as of today. We wish Sylvain the best in all future endeavors."

Grenier was being packaged a month or so ago for a return with Maryse Ouellet but those plans quickly changes. Now, he's gone.

Looking back, they were actually a good team. I know the tag division was shitty, but they were fun to watch. They didn't come off as some generic thrown together team. After that though, it was pretty much over for all 3 of them.

Bit strange to whack him on SD only alst week. Unless they're gearing Kane up for a career killah gimmick.

I thought Sylvan Grenier and Robaire Conway as the Quebec La Resistance version of the team were great together.

La Resistance were an ok tag team. The only time I can ever remember them getting any kind of reaction was when they won the tag title from Benoit and Edge on Raw.

For some reason i don't give a shit.
