The Hobbit gets Director and Producer??
 

Word making its rounds on the news websites are reporting that The Hobbit has possibly found its Producer and Director...who you may ask????

Producer of coure is non other than Peter Jackson...

Director------ SAM RAIMI

While im excited to see Sam Raimi doing more big work it still pisses me off that this will offset Evil Dead 4...

Guess I just have to sit with my Evil Dead comics and wait....specially since the new Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash comic has been announced....

I only read last week that Jackson was back on board as the studios seem to have made up with him.

Rami is the next best option I guess, I agree though. Just stop stalling and make Evil Dead 4 already!

Incidentally Two Towers battle of helms deep borrows heavily from the action scenes in Army of Darkness, honestly! Jackson just had a little bit more money

He's made some decent stuff, that seems overelly harsh

Sam Raimi as a director? No, Sam Raimi's name even in remote proximity. Someone should get a restraining order keeping him away from anything higher than a C-Grade movie.
